Delivery Information

At a charge of only $9 within Australia, your order will be shipped using Australia Posts Express Post shipping method requiring signature on delivery. International deliveries are charged at a flat rate of $18 and will be sent using Australia Posts International Express service which also requires signature on delivery.

Delivery times

Once your package has been safely dropped off at the post office, deliveries within Australia usually arrive in 1 to 3 business days, however this timeframe is dependent on whether your location is within the Australia Post guaranteed Next Business Day Delivery network. International deliveries usually arrive in 10 to 12 business days. These timeframes are a guide only and exclude weekends and public holidays.

In addition to shipping, do remember to allow some time for your jewellery to be handmade to order. Some items on our website require between 3 to 12 business days to be handmade. Custom designs will take more than 12 days which will be discussed at the time of ordering. To make sure your order arrives on time it’s always best to plan ahead, especially around busy times like Christmas!


From time to time, international packages may be held up at customs which can affect delivery timeframes. If this happens, we just have to exercise a little patience and trust that the order will be delivered soon. Customs and duty fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.


All jewellery items arrive packaged in branded Emily Becher Jewellery Packaging wrapped in protective bubble wrap and or padded bag. We are happy to include free gift wrapping and a handwritten card with your delivery. All you have to do is ask in the comments section at checkout.

Returns and exchanges Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted subject to the terms below, excluding pierced earrings, gift certificates and custom items. A custom item is a product that is not listed in the shop that has been created for you or a design that is listed in the shop that has been modified from its original form on your request. If you wish to organize a return or exchange, you must contact us within 3 business days of your receipt of the product.
Returns and exchanges must be safely repackaged and posted back to us, unused and in their original condition. Items delivered within Australia must be returned using the Australia Post Platinum Express Postage service, International returns must be returned via an equivalent service with trackable postage. We are unable to organise returns or exchanges for items that we do not receive, whether due to errors caused by you, the postal service or force majeure. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be reimbursed by us.

If the item is faulty we will provide a replacement item as soon as possible. If you find the item is not as described, we will provide a full refund, exchange or store credit, excluding the original shipping charge. Replacement and Exchanged items will be re-delivered free of charge to the original shipping address only, up to the value of the original shipping charge. Any shipping charges over and above the original shipping charge are payable by you.

If an item is returned due to an incorrect order or change-of-mind, we will provide a store credit equivalent to the value of your returned order minus the original shipping charge. Shipping charges for postage of the exchanged items are payable by you.
